We really don't try to.
Girls are just more emotional then guys, and so they fight more.
Some girls like drama, and some cause it just to get attention. But most really try NOT to make waves.

Girls dont always cause drama. Most of the time it is the guys who cause the drama but the guys are too cocky to blame themselves so they just blame the girls for causing all the drama. Sometimes guys think too much into what girls say to them and consider it drama.

For this question , its not jsut girls its the GUYS too
You can just assume its always the girls
this might be how it is in your life
then maybe you need to take a step back and withdraw yourself from any drama

because we have to put up with male egos all our lives and so we cause drama to distract ourselves from men being egotistical pricks lol j/k because we are women and we are emotional and we love attention there is no way around the obvious but trust me there are girls out there that love just being one of the guys and have little if any drama....
