There are different types of cruise. There are the ones where it's more about the places you visit, and the others where its about the whole experience on board.
It also depends on the ship. Obviously, the posher the ship, the posher the atmosphere on board.
Its like staying in a hotel with a shopping centre attached.
I didn't particularly find it that enjoyable.

Yes I went on the senior trip for my class. I was in 11th grade and was at Excel Academy in Jacksontown, OH and they have k-12th all in the same building. Anyway we went on a 5 day cruise to the Bahamas. We went to Nassau, Bahamas, Cocoa Cay (Royal Caribbeans Majesty of the Seas private Island), and Key West, Florida. I organized the entire trip and my class and I raised money for it in 2 months. I even came up with ideas for how to raise money. We did a breakfast for the entire school and helped at the bingo hall that my old school owned. There's lots of things to do on a ship. There's a pool, jogging track, casinos, lounge, Internet cafe, theater, etc.
