It is hard for me to chew because my ear hurts like a sword pain. Also it feels like it may pop or something, it's like something is moving in my ear. When I open my mouth and shut it many times, I hear something like grinding.

Try ear wax removal that you can get at the grocery store. If you hear a fizz, that's the medication disolving the wax. Get the package with the water sprayer so you can was it out.

Its most likely to be an ear infection they can come on really quickly and are very painful, antibiotics such as fluoxicillin or penicillin should clear it up, go to your doctor
