If she hasn't been in season, she is not pregnant and should not be leaking milk.
Sometimes a bith* can have a phantom pregnancy, but this normally follows her being in season.
I would recommend that you take her to the vet asap as this discharge from the nipple may not be milk at all.

if shes not in season and leaking milk she is pregnant, but if she hasnt been mated, then it sounds like a phantom pregnancy

Most likely a false pregnancy. I would keep an eye on it and make sure she "dries up". We've had a few dogs with phantom pregnancies that have ended up with mastitis since they don't lactate properly.

Take her to the vet my dog had the same she was having a false pregnancy & I am not joking.She has had 3 which is bad for them.

Have her spayed - no puppies or phantom pregnancies then.
