this past weekend a coworker and i sort of got it on and then she decided not to come to work on monday and then on tuesday she quit over the phone. and she hasn't talked to me or any other coworker since then. the reason i'm wondering is because she told me she was going to quit sometime soon. but this is a bit odd isn't it? does this mean that i'm repulsive?

It is possible that your 'time together' was the last straw for her. Many feel that becoming intimate with co workers is unprofessional; so maybe she feels that her inappropriate behavior was an incentive to quit earlier than she planned.

maybe she just didn't like the job and you just gave her a little push to finally quit. i don't think it's your fault. i think she'll get over it pretty soon and you all will go back to being friends. Don't give up on her give her a call to let her know that you still want to friends. good luck

No, i don't believe so..she quit because she hated it there. I mean you got it on with her and you were there to see her reaction so you know the what happened lol!
