They use special TP that has sensors imbedded in it. When they're clean, a buzzer goes off.

They can't see so it doesn't really matter. I know I don't have a problem with whether they get it right or not. I 'm not going to go around checking. There are allot of people that can see and they don't do a rally good job of it. When my father went blind we just kept baby wipes in the bathroom for him to use.

I'm not blind, and I never have to check to make sure I've finished wiping. You can tell by the different feel of the paper against your bottom.
Are men more tactily challenged than women? Is that why so many men leave tracks up their underwear?

They have a better sense of touch than you do, so they might be able to feel that they're clean through a few layers of TP... or maybe they have a keen sense of feeling on their bum hole, and they can feel the rough TP scraping bottom on that.
I'm not sure how smelling their fingers would help. The idea is to NOT get crap on your hand, I guess some people think the TP is just for blowing your nose.

Can't you tell by the feel of yours?
They might use wet wipes, which pick up much more and leave a clean feeling that is impossible to misunderstand.
