done jewellery, clothes can't really risk. perfume maybe...

Whatever you do, DO NOT get her make-up,perfume is risky,if you make a special night out of it and at the end give her the gift, like bring her out to dinner some place where she can get really dressed up, but give her a gift card to a nice store so she can buy something to wear from head to toe,,, to the spa, meet her someone have one rose, then have dinner, then give her a teddy bear or a necklace or something!

My fav is a date basket you fill it with movies that she loves and some snacks that she loves as well. Then you have done 2 things at once given her a gift and a great date night activity!

perfume, or something from Vicatoria's Secret, like pijamas or something, but most important whatever you buy try to include a Xmas card saying something nice, that will warm up any prsent.

Go walk around the mall with her. Ladies always leave hints about what we want. There has got to be something she has got her eye on. Jewelry even though you've done it never gets old.
