Not sure what this is, and I'm a nurse. Kinda panicky today.

Yesterday I broke out with two boils, one on the side of my stomach and one on my butt cheek.
I really never get blemishes at all.

It was bigger and harder than a mosquito bite and had a head. One had a blackish head or scab.
Today I have 3 more on my butt, one large one, the red area about the size of quarter, on my breast.
Two more near my hips in the back and on my butt.
No small lesions,no rash just these isolated boil type things. None near any genitals.

I'm 44, and haven't dated in a year.
I recently met someone, and we had sex for the first time Friday, and were together last Sunday.
I noticed the first one Monday night.

We used KY lubricant and another warming one, I think KY brand. Could I be allergic to that or his semen on my skin, or what?? Detergent on his sheets? Help.

Any connection to him or sex anyone?

It sounds like a type of skin cancer to me.

Ignore the prudes here...
sounds like some clogged poers or blackheads, and it could be from the KY--especially the warming KY. You had lots of skin to skin contact and body fluids, plus the lube. That could definitely clog your pores, especially if you had a long night and didn't get a chance to shower right away.

Keep them clean adn don't irritate them, and if they rupture or become painful, then check with your doctor. A call to a pharmacist might also be helpful.

Congrats on getting lucky--must have been great!

Cheers!

First of all ,and I'm not trying to lecture you , but you mentioned that maybe his semen on your skin might be the cause.Does this mean you didn't use a condom? If you just recently met this man and you are having sex without a condom you are putting yourself at risk for all kinds of stds , as a nurse you should know the risks and also being 44yrs old you should know better. If I were you i would go and get tested asap for an std (although I doubt a std would affect you that soon ),and for your own safety and the safety of your sexual partners never ever have sex without a condom.I hope this turns out to be something harmless and maybe just an allergic reaction.I wish you luck and hope you figure this out soon.

I wish there were one simple answer. My suggestion is to go directly to your own physician and ask for a standard battery of tests. Don't wait. And I would definitely refrain from further sexual contact with him until this is resolved.

I would also contact this man immediately and ask if he is aware of anything contagious in his body.

I said a prayer for you to resolve this and to have nothing serious wrong. Good luck.
