I'm in no way a religious person. So from a religious point of view I wouldn't know. From my own point of view I see Christian rock, rap and punk as trying not to lose touch with the young people and trying to attract young people to Christianity.

nicely i appreciate Rap like Rage against The device, yet i appreciate Pop like Amy Winehouse (in case you will desire to even call that pop?) or Christina Aguilera as i think of of they have stable voices. regardless of if i do no longer extremely like rap alongside with Kanye West or 50 Cent. I hate it at the same time as human beings say rap or pop is factor clean crap by way of fact it extremely is very narrow minded. Even the fairly some classic rock bands incorporate factors of rap and pa. i'd desire to probable say i p.c. pop usual yet i will confirm rap has a place. Neither are honestly certainly one of my conventional genres besides the fact that.

I dont think its wrong. Not everyone can stomache slow music. They have Christian rock, ect to give the ppl who like that music more reason to praise their lord. EX. A teen christian who loves "Mudvayne" would be mor elikely to listen to Christian rock then those mournful hymns and theyre more uplifting. What should matter to yo or them is that the lyrics are Christian.

It is wrong! 1 John 2:15 "Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him."
