Presumably yes. By getting closer to God, we will learn to see the reasons why he has chosen to banish our loved ones to eternal torment. We will all be convinced.

If it is true, what you say about no sorrow in Heaven.. then the answer to your question is pretty much right there. You will feel no sorrow that your loved ones are burning in hell.
In my opinion, there is no hell. No, I'm not Jewish. I'm not even Christian. But I do believe that if Catholics are right, and there IS a hell-- everyone will be there anyway, so it's not anything to really worry about. Cynical, maybe, but it's just my opinion.

In heaven you will not maintain the same mentality you have on earth. God never meant for us to have sorrow or pain, so why would he make us capable of knowing it in Heaven?
And besides I have some friends and family that are really good at BBQ making. At least I will know who to call for that.

I would not feel gladness about this but I would not feel sadness either. If I did as C.S. Lewis comments in "the great divorce" this would be for Hell to control Heaven.

Your second Q should've been phrased in the second or third person, not the first. Unless you come to a reconciliation with God through acceptance of the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus, you won't be learning the answer to this one.

God love is enough. Your way of thinking will not be the same here as in Heaven.

God will create perfect, but soulless, copies of all the people in hell to fool the people in heaven.

Yep, that is exactly what some people think. There is no hell. Fear is a powerful tool. Profitable too.
