It's ok. Really. As long as you're not a current danger to yourself or others, there's nothing they can do. They can't force you to enter a hospital or anything of the sort. I've dealt with issues like this before, the situation has already cooled down.
I urge you to see your therapist though. If you are feeling so depressed that you would harm yourself that way, you need help. Your therapist might suggest more days a week of therapy, or suggest that you go on medication or switch your medication.
Sweetie. It's going to be ok. Your therapist isn't going to judge you or demean you. They are there to support you, to help you deal with your problems. Don't be afraid to open up to him/her.
And if you need to talk, my messenger is the same as this name. And I'll be on for a few hours.

Well, a therapist is there to listen to your problems and your thoughts and your issues, and to help you out with them, not to scare you. If you were being honest with her when you told her you wanted to swallow pills, then she is supposed to try to find a way to help you stop feeling like that. There isn't really any need to be scared to go back and see her again, that's what she;s there for. Maybe if you do decide to go back, she will have some suggestions for you to get to the bottom of your reasoning for wanting to do this. Don't give up on her just because you told her what you were considering, again, it's her job to figure out why you feel like this and to try and help you feel better. Good luck to you.

Therapists are there to help you, not to judge you. They want to coax your feelings out of you so you can see them for what they are and adapt to stress in your life so that you don't feel like you want your life to end.
I would also recommend getting yourself to a Christian church and learning about the gift of Jesus. He is there for you and to make it better for you; did you know that he lived on the earth, still exists, and is part-God and part-human ? He knows your fears, your faults, your strengths, and your love. He understands you. When he was on the earth he healed medical problems for many people; he cried when his good friend passed away. His purpose is to take all the "bad stuff" on his shoulders for you. His doing this makes you pure and ready for spending eternity with God, when He decides your life is ready to end on this earth.
There are angels that are always on this earth watching over you too--to strengthen you and lift you up to God for exposure to His love. We cannot see them but they are there. Think about times when you 'almost' had an accident--they were there to protect you.
Many people go through what you are going through. You need to find a way to fight it and have hope again. See a counselor and try about 6 weekly visits to a church and see if that doesn't help you.

This is not the first therapist who has heard this (not even nearly). And you are by far not the first person who has said this again and again. That's what she/he is there for. Why do you think that people go to therapists in the first place? They can tell if you are simply having a bad day or a bad year or whatever..... keep going, keep talking.... not a big issue!
Good luck.

I tell my therapist at least 1 x a month that I want to commit suicide (and I am so very serious)..I have being seeing him 10 years. Don't fret over it..that is why they are there..to help you with those feelings..If life was easy we would not need them.. just take it easy and concentrate on the issues currently at hand

If you wanted to swallow a bottle of pills, and you told your therapist about it, then apparently you have some issues that you may need to talk to your therapist about

Your therapist is there for this very type of problem. You should go see her and disclose to her your concerns/worries. If you don't you will only cause yourself to have more negative feelings.
You can help yourself chill out by telling yourself, "she has my best interests at heart; even when I'm at my lowest." This is what therapists do. Help patients when they are terrified, sad, scared, worried etc...

You're just terrified of that part of yourself that wants to die.
You fear the therapist is going to confront you with that, or is judging you secretly and think you are wacko.
Missing therapy will keep you unhappy and ashamed of your feelings.

I'm pretty sure that all he/she is going to do is try to talk you through the depressive state you're in. You did the right thing by telling them how you felt. All he/she is going to do is try to help you.
