I recommend that you wait a long time- at least a month or more... that much chemical processing will be very damaging and your hair could break.

Depends on the health of your hair...If you have dry, fried hair...then no. Wait till your hair healthy... If you are unsure go to a salon for a free consult to see if your hair is healthy enough or even a beauty college which is really cheap and will help a student with credits...so , you will be helping someone by getting you hair checked out. Also, if you are on certain meds, that will effect the effectiveness of the solutions.

Don't get a perm. It will fry your hair and the only way to fix it is by cutting it all off. I know this from personal experience... If you want curls in your hair, just use hot rollers. They are kinder on your hair and won't damage it permanently.
