Well if you say "let's just be friends" or anything along those lines he will likely just think you think he's an idiot.
If you've decided in your own mind he's not good enough for the physical stuff just describe the kinda guy you want and what makes him different (IE say I like guys with brown hair if he has blonde hair). If it's at least partly a personality thing just say something like "It just seems like you're not the type to be interested in or good at (name things someone you'd be interested in would like)".
Yes, you have to admit you are being picky, in a way, to come out of this without insulting his social skills and perhaps making him beat himself over losing something and not knowing why.
...note: whatever you don't start going on about what qualities you do like about him, just say you still think he's fun to be around socially (don't use the word FRIEND). If you get all dramatic complimenting him or using the "F" word it just looks like you're playing games and, again, are insulting his social intelligence.
To handle it like a real woman (better than probably 95% of women out there), it takes some courage. Good luck.

If this guy is constantly trying to get you to have sex with him, even though you do not want to, then he doesn't sound like much of a friend.
Tell him bluntly that you do not want to heve sex with him and his constatntly pressuring you makes it difficult to be friends with him. If he is truly your friend he will apologize and back off. If not, he wasn't really your friend and was trying to use you for sex.
Either way be cautious. A situation like this could escalate to violence or force. Don't talk to him someplace alone or where you cannot get away.

If he just wants to be friends with benifits then no. If you "both" have feelings for each beyond friendship then try having a kiss first to see if it feels right for "both" of you then move forward after that either back to a friendship or on to a relationship

I am glad you ask.
Sex outside of marrage is a sin. Is the pleasure of sex and maintainig a mere frenship worth compramising your way into heaven? Remember, the lord is watchig, the choice is yours.
