Also you must not be use to chili, the "chili flavor" come from chili powder or chili. If you pass blood in the stool or get black stool then it is serious so you must not touch any thing with the chili. It is attacking your delicate digestive system's lining.
It is not happening with any other foods to you, then you are ok, in lots of country they shut the offices down between 11-4. So people can eat and sleep and then start working after a cup of tea or coffee.
Same thing at night, they eat late and go to sleep, all this countries' food is spicy by England, USA, and Canadian, standard.

no it is not normal u r body may not support chilly intake due to some allergy so leave it as soon and try black pepper
