Me, sometime in the mid 80's ~ across the valley from Mirefield when an Aunt n Uncle were living.
I was the wedding photographer for an Asian couple, and the only person there amongst some 300+ who had blue eyes and a blond beard.
It was a fascinating (amongst other things) experience.

Leeds/Bradford is in West Yorkshire, with airports at Doncaster and Sheffield being in South Yorkshire. Manchester is the closest particularly super international Airport and West Yorks is only a hop, bypass, and a leap removed from it!
