Filing a false report.feloney.she was raped but had no memory of it but massive rug burns on back.unlawful use of 911,resisting arrest,and simple assault.Now she is 4'11 and weighs 90 lbs.simple assault she held up pepper spray at the person she now believed raped her.What do you think she will get.

Who knows that's up to the court system, I can't imagine a very big term, maybe a couple months nothing more than a year or anything like that. Maybe even just get community service, who knows, the courts are funny like that.

She'd better find a good lawyer. If she can't afford one go to a free legal counsel place. There is one in almost all large cities. I can't believe she is being charged with anything from what you've told us. Is there more to this story???

Something isn't adding up with this story. It's like the guy who chased the burglar through the backyard in the snow but didn't leave any tracks.

she resisted arrest and false report should only get her 2-4 years or less. it really depends in the state your in, thats as close as i can figure.

they may just drop the charges cops will always try to charge with whatever they can, but a lot of times the judge drops a lot of them. good luck

unless she went and reported it and had a rape kit done for DNA then she prob will get a big fine and some jail time.
