For all those people that said George Bush. They are extremely Naive. Mostly because everything they hear about him comes from the media. I say the whole region in the Middle East. That region has been the main threat to world peace since the beginning of time. The communist countries are also a big threat to world peace as well. The hard part about the wars that go on over there, is that they aren't fighting over land, they are fighting over beliefs. You can take a man's home, his family and all of his possesions, but you cannot take his beliefs.

Gandhiji once said Earth has every thing of human need , but not of it,s greed, i think this greed is the biggest threat to world peace, and it would remain forever in the form of conflicts, you pick one from the history , from current and may be in the future as long as human greed would remain the world would remain on the threshold

Your question should have begun with 'who are' instead of 'who is'. Biggest threat to the world peace in the order of my preference are: The media, Bin Laden, George Bush, leaders of terrorism and religious fanaticism, absence of political awareness among our youngsters and the mute and impotent spectators like you and me. We all say good things about world peace but we do not put forth our efforts sincerely in that direction. We are in dire need of leaders of vision with strong sense of statesmanship.

Naive and appeasers the world over the same mentality that led us into both world wars. They would not face up to problems until it hit us smack into the face. Those group of people that believe all you have to do is dialog with despots and you will have peace, unfortunately I see tragedy approaching once again.

All current problems can be solved if the person/s change their behaviour and everyone work on common grounds towards a vision to achieve specific goals. ex. global warming

MUSLIMS because they neither believe in peace nor practice it. The only religion that preaches HATRED is Islam.Look at their past they killed their own Prophet's followers just because they differed on a issue. Look at Iraq now a Muslim killing another just because he belongs to another sect. The world will be at Peace when the last Muslim is dead.

It's not who but what is the biggest threat ,not only to world peace,but to the world. that would be a massive impact by an asteroid.
