Tell him that before you just weren't sure and now you realized that there is more to him and would like to know him more ask to go on an outing not even having to be a date... and see what goes from there. There was one person in my life that happened to but I was to shy to tell them and eventually never saw them again one other person had that with me and after two years away she came back to me and asked if I could go out with her I replied (even though she has no idea if I was dating someone else or not (witch I wasn't)) "I will go on an Outing with you yes but not a date" so far it has become a great friendship and we have gotten very close... Hope this helps you.

Fell in love with the same someone?
If I'm following you correctly, tell him you love him and you're sorry that you were too blind and stupid to see what a great catch he was before.
One of two things will happen he will either tell you he's moved on or he'll be overjoyed that you can finally be together.
You can't be afraid to put yourself out there no matter what. He did. Good Luck.

Accept the faults of it and be there...

You can't help the way you feel. It's most likely desire for the unattainable and nothing to do with the person in question.

If it is then make an attempt at it. Ask them for coffee, take things slow and see how they go.

I would recommend that you talk to that person... there is nothing to lose unless you are close friends, if you are close friends you might want to think twice about it but in my opinion if they told you they were willing to put your friendship at risk, i think you could do the same and if they still feel the same it would be something that they want to hear. Or maybe if you tell them they will revisit those feelings they had for you.

Fell in love or miss the attention. Big difference.

I would say you are in love with trying to win someone back who you don't have any more. The thrill of trying. The challenge just to see if you can get him back. Let him go - he deserves better treatment than to be kicked around again.

Try to get on the right track with that person. Sit and talk, he'll listen

Tell him how you feel. Maybe he gave up, but is willing to try again.

Good Luck.

Pursue this person, with patience if it really is the one I love, you keep trying until you run out of love, that is me...
