Go to http://download.com and get BOTH Ad-aware SE Personal and Spybot Seek&Destroy. Install, update, and then reboot the PC into Safe Mode and run them both. As each cpyware scanner uses a slightly different of list of what it considers spyware, one may get something the other misses.
