You are going to get so violated! that's like 7 or 8 violations right there... If I were you, I would stop right now and think up all of the excuses that you need to make so that hopefully they let you off with warnings on some of them and don't revoke your probation, you may be able to talk them out of violating for the community service if you set it up to start somewhere else and possibly blame your coke use on where you were doing (i.e. I quit doing my community service there because one of my old friends was there and it was hard for me to resist the peer pressure and I used with him and I'm worried that it'll happen again but I have it set up to start doing my community service here instead and I can do a ua right now and prove that I haven't been using) And if you have been using, flush your system asap. Then offer to pay extra on your fines until you get caught up and just hope that a bench order hasn't been issued for not showing up in court. Then clean up your act! I've been to prison, it's not somewhere that you want to be and since I got out, I've been able to do my probation for the past 2 years without a problem (the first year was IPS). Take it from me, it's so much better than being in a cage all day.

Well, if you've violated any part of your probation, the PO will certainly let you know. He'll try to determine where you need help and what some of your obstacles are.
Usually, they are willing to work with you until you cross them once or twice.
He'll let you know of the consequences for the parts you have violated, and may suggest ways to avoid jail or whatever by getting counseling or some kind of treatment.

You are not on a good path. First of all-- why have you not completed any of the orders? You can go straight to jail!!! I am not kidding. I work at a facility that works hand in hand with probation/ parole. You best bet is to admit what has been going on and that you have not done anything and get back on track. You deserve to go to jail though-- you are the one who received the legal charges in the first place. You need to pay your dues to society!!!

in case you go interior the morning, your PO will comprehend you got jacked around with the aid of the trip. in case you do no longer go in, you will grow to be an absconder. they're going to anticipate you're as much as no stable. it isn't the motive of maximum POs to objective to violate as many of their probationsers as achievable, nonetheless there are some accessible. Violating a probationer is a failure. a completely useful PO could on no account could violate all and sundry. in case you're violated, relatively on a technical (did no longer commit a sparkling crime) you're probable to fall into the decrease end of the spectrum in what's noted as the "continuum of sanctions.' If I have been your decide i could provide as much as a weekend dedication, or as low as a stern warning, counting on the way you habit your self, and if your PO says your working this technique. It additionally relies upon on what your on probation for. if your a intercourse criminal, i could commence with the weekend dedication and as much as revocation. submit to in innovations, you would be revoked for any violation of the words and stipulations of your probation.

LMAO !!! Your kidding right? Obviously you are looking for a cozy little cell to spend Christmas in. You cannot be that nieve that you didn't know that in not complying with the orders you were given and in partaking in the illegal activites in which you were involved in and then continuing to break the law that you were not going to be in deep trouble.

If it were only one or two violations then they might work with you. Since you have so many different violations you could possibly go back jail. You might want to see if they are willing to work with you, expecially if something very important is going on. Then your probabtion officer might work with you.

First, I recommend that you do go see your P.O. today regardless. Second, you're probably going to have your probation revoked.
