Coffee is not bad nor good for your skin I think it's just a beverage that interfers with your brian keeps your from falling asleep depending on how much you drink tho.

I read this thing in a magazine for a coffee facial. They said to use the used grounds as an exfoliator. Supposedly the caffiene in it is good for tightening up your skin.

Coffee is neither good nor bad for your skin. It does constrict blood vessels, which may make you looked flush if you drink enough of it, but I'd say just go for it, it's probably not hurting you.

LOL, coffee is just good period....I don't know about the effects of Caffine on skin, but I know it helps me with headaches.
