I've never heard this before. An awesome website which I actually pimped out earlier (swear I'm not a spammer) is www.earthclinic.com
It has all kinds of natural remedies, cures, for just about any ailment, even dry skin or wrinkly skin. Now whether they all work is probably another story.

I read this thing in a magazine for a coffee facial. They said to use the used grounds as an exfoliator. Supposedly the caffiene in it is good for tightening up your skin.

Coffee is neither good nor bad for your skin. It does constrict blood vessels, which may make you looked flush if you drink enough of it, but I'd say just go for it, it's probably not hurting you.
