Sounds like you're pregnant. You just mightnot have enough of the hormone for the pregnancy test to read it. Plus, you really aren't suppossed to take the test until you've missed to weeks. That is when it would be most accruate. I would wait another day or so and retest.

Hmmm, are you on birth control?
I take birth control regularly, and occasionally I have periods of time where my period starts late (a week or more on occasion). This is usually accompanied by alot of funny aches and pains. The pain above your hip bone was because you probably bumped your insides. Sometimes if my bf and I are in a hurry and we just start at it, particuarly around my period, if he moves a certain way my whole lower abdomen hurts. My gyn says it is likely from the fact my uterus is not completely aligned.
The soreness in your breasts could also be from your body waiting for its period to start. It would be my guess that your period will start in a few days.

I am not a doctor though, and I highly recommend that you visit your local gyn ASAP, or if you are concerned about what your gyn might think visiting a planned parenthood sort of program with medical professionals who will keep your information confidential.

You should make an appointment with your doctor right away.

A missed period & sore breasts could be a good indicator of pregnancy, however the pain on the right side sounds kind of scary...as in tubal (ectopic) pregnancy scary.

If it is that, you need to have it assessed and treated as soon as possible. A ruptured fallopian tube is a life-threatening situation, and needs to be handled immediately.

I wouldn't hesitate - call your doctor RIGHT NOW and get an appointment.

That happened to me a few months back. I am taking birth control.....I just went to the dr. and had them give me a test. Mine was negative...but you could be a positive. Go to the dr, there may be something else going on. Wouldn't hurt just to be checked out.
