I made spaghetti sauce last weekend and have plenty left over. I'm getting kind of sick of pasta with sauce and using it to make little french bread pizzas- any ideas for other dishes I could prepare?

What you do is freeze it because once you get tired of it anything else will still feel the same. Then the next time you want spaghetti it's there. Or later......What I do is make a breaded chicken breast or boneless pork chop (think like shake and bake), top with sauce and motzarella and some parmesan and bake a minute. Serve with some pasta.... a twist and easy once you have the sauce.

Most spaghetti sauces, with or without meat, can be used to make mini pizza's using either a french bread or English muffins. Makes a great lunch or snack. Just add your favourite pizza ingredients and pop under the broiler or in the oven.

You can make chicken parmigiana. Just pour some sauce over breaded chicken, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake. Comes out great (at least I think so)

Spanish Rice would sound great, boil rice and blend in your spaghetti sauce and serve with veggies and mashed potatoes. Michigan dogs, sloppy joes, meat loaf.

You can make meatloaf with it - just add the sauce to meat with breadcrumbs and parmesan - sauce should make a good substitute for eggs and spices.
