Yes there is plenty of proof. As for evolution yes there is plenty of proof as well. Do you think that evolution discounts G-d?
Evolution can easily fit into faith in G-d and actually help support it.

u really are new at this aren't u? we've been at this for a while.
click my picture, check my answers on the religious stuff.or just search something like "atheist" or "god".

we've had to go through this a thousand times: no solid evidence for god that the logical mind can accept. the bible is a millenia old fantasy novel by gullible men trying to control even more gullible men, so it does not count.
theres more evidence for evolution than god. period.

sonic70002000: i suppose u have to see oxygen too? u know gravity exists coz otherwise u'd have jumped off a 50 story building and done us a favor. proof for that is that u don' float up to space.
mel: "seen a fish turn into a reptile"; that proves ur dissin' evolution without knowing what it is.
dadknows: found noah's ark? i gotta see this, u gullible fellow. was that the same noah who'se kids (well, u know) each other since there was no one else on the planet, and managed to get us to a 6.5 billion population with massive diversity today? by the way, did they have beavers and termites and woodpeckers and the whole lot of other animals on board which would have sunk the ship? and i suppose they had the elephants on rations. and how did all the animals get to the ark in the first place? if they could've swum the atlantic, they wouldn't need an ark, u silly chap.

There is actually no physical, hard evidence for the existance of any kind of god. There is a mountain of evidence for evolution. Do we understand it all yet? No. Do we, as yet, have all the pieces to it? No. Will we ever fully understand the evolutionary process that took place on this earth? Possibly not completely. That still doesn't discount the huge volumes of evidence that suggests that evolution is much more than mere theory.

No. There is no proof, or scientific evidence of a supernatural Deity that exists, or has ever existed. The existence of Human awareness or conscience, has lead to the evolution, or creation of a God. Was not God created to comfort man?

Some of us don't claim to have proof. I believe faith is in a different realm than science in some senses (but not all). For those who care: John 20:29. Read it in context.

Yes, ladsmrt, or the same stuff that causes people to believe that there is nothing more to life besides what can be explained with science - a human invention. Why should we assume that our reasoning skills are of such a high level that anything we can't think of an explanation for should be deemed impossible?

If there is, I'll give my life savings to whomever can empirically prove it. As I understand it, "god" is unknowable, hence unprovable.

There's evidence of evolution, definitely. I mean, c'mon: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evolution#Evidence_of_evolution Note that this isn't "proof" evolution is correct - since it is a scientific theory, after all - but I'll take substantial evidence over no evidence any day.

God, by definition, is beyond proof. There is extensive evidence for evolution and none of it, again by definition, disproves the existance of God, nor disproves an "invisible hand" steering evolution. All that is disproven, is a strict literal reading of Genesis.

As to proof of God, the bible has predicted many things that have come true, for example: Noah's ark was found a few years back. How do we know about Noah's ark, it was written about and there's the proof. Evidence of evolution is a monkey was born and then a human came after it?

I agree w you-- if there's proof you want, do not look toward religion to give you any, cause it's all based on faith-- you know, the same stuff that causes kids to believe in Santa; the same stuff that causes most teenagers to think they're going to become
rock stars and megarich screamin' rappers.

What is your proof of evolution? Have your or anyone in history seen a fish turn into a reptile? An ape turn into a human?

Darwin was sick, so was Wallace . . . scientists are continuing to defend evolution when it is only a theory.

Is there any proof of God whatsoever? In 6000 years what proof will there be of you?
