Was anyone else travelling along the M4 today? About lunchtime....was that van on one of the bridges near Junction 14 (Oxford, Hungerford) a police speed unit?

I was on the M4 last Monday coming from London to Newport and I saw TWO separate camera vans. One was on a bridge near Reading and the other one was on a bridge very close to the toll booths on the Second Severn Crossing. I flashed my hazard lights to warn the drivers behind me and it seemed to work. It's all very sneaky and has nothing to do with safety. They are REVENUE CAMERAS - plain and simple.

if you weren't speeding then it wont matter. all speed camera vans have to park side on if their on a motorway bridge so that makes them easily recognisable
