you can do everything now at the selected Post offices...download the forms from the Internet....2 pictures ....go to Eckerd drug or Walgreen's....and a money order....the post office lets you write a check!!!

If you go to the state department web site you can download a copy of the form. It will tell you what you need. I'm pretty sure it's just proof of identity (drivers license), birth certificate or naturalization papers.

dude, just go to the Post office isn't that were you get them...If you need your passport picture than go to any place that has photo development such as CVs,wlamrt and you get a passport picture
