what is so bad about mexico that make them want to come here so badly, if its jobs then why arnt there jobs over there and why are they proud of there mexican culture if they dont even want to live there? and why should we be the ones trying to speck there leanguage when they want to come here!?

no i dont believe that you are mexican, thats pathetic. How is it that you could not grasp why they would want to be here?? You must have never been to Mexico. There are really beautiful places there, but the government does not help its people. People work really hard, and get paid very badly. Think about this, a whole days work in constructing a house in your neighborhood gets you $10 us dollars for that day. Doesnt $10 an hour working as a cook here in the states sound better? in fact if you worked 2 full time jobs you could have your own house built in no time, so you could take care of your family.

You must be racist. At least that's what someone will probably tell you on here. To be honest. Illegals are mostly here for money in the beginning. Then they find out about all the benefits they can take advantage of without having to pay, so they start having babies and invite the rest of their families here and get them on the same boat. I have nothing against mexicans or any other race that is here legally. My problem is with the illegals. I understand the majority of them work hard, but they are a burden on this society and the benefits programs that americans worked so hard to create for american people.

Maybe they wan't to teach you proper English. I'm not sure what you want in an answer, do you want agreement or dissent. Not only Mexicans come here, so do Chinese and Japanese, or for that matter, anywhere in the world. It has to do with America being seen as a land of opportunity, where one can make a decent living and provide good for their family. A land that though it has corruption in it's government, it is not as or in any way oppressive of its people. It is for a better life. That being said, ever group has its nuts, and then you do have those who do not wish to live and let live. Good luck to you. By the way, I was born in Mexico, am now a Citizen of the United States and a two time Veteran. Can you believe that.

$200 dollars a month is a good wage in Mexico. Many of the people now are coming from Chiapas the poorest state in Mexico. Lucky to make a $100 dollars a month.
Most of them still have there loyalty with Mexico after they come here and have free health care. If they have a baby here in this country and they are illegal the baby is automatically an American citizen and the woman can get housing foodstamps, free healthcare and then send for grandma and grandpa to get free health care

I always thought the language thing is wrong. Try applying for a public job through the state and it's nearly impossible without speaking spanish. Why, it's AMERICA?? Plus, we shouldn't have unemployed Americans when there are employed Mexicans. PLUS, if anyone listened to the campaigns this year...did you know that over 60% of the immigrants coming into American from Mexico are criminals, with felonies (according to standards in American law). That could be why our murder, drug and robbery rates go up. The ones who have been here for generations are different. They came, LEGALLY and adapted to OUR lives, not thinking we should adapt to theirs!

These people can't feed their families They don't have the work there.
I did migrant work as an American it sucks. Its back breaking work in the hot sun and the pay was 25 cent to fill a 50 pound bag of onions.We as Americans were built on immigration.
Tell me why can't you write proper English. Use your spell check.It sounds like you are a foreigner {alien} or you didn't use
the education that provided for you to better yourself.

First you need to learn on how to type and spell. The Mexican Government is a total corrupt and is not help their people. That is the reason they come here to the U.S. and illegally, because they want to have a better life. There aren't enough jobs and if there is, their pay sucks.

Sure I believe it. Mexico's government is corrupt not the heritage. Their heritage is beautiful. I met a missionary who said the village she visits in Mexico has the means for the people to have clean indoor plumbing, but the government would rather keep them oppressed. I would leave too. They will learn English I'm sure.

Not all nations are as wealthy as the united states. The U.S. is the land of opportunity and many poorer nations they have a chance of starting a new life in America. They are just chasing the possibility of a new and better life.
