Use all butter. They'll just taste better than ones made with margarine.

The only reason the margarine is used is to reduce fat and calories. You can just double the butter. They'll probably taste better anyway...just don't step on the scale after eating them. :)

Butter would be great. The cookies will be a little taller - they won't spread quite so much. You might want to flatten the balls a little bit so they cook more evenly.

All butter makes for more expensive, but better cookies.

Definitely won't harm the outcome.

if you have crisco you could use it, the margerine has a higher melting point than butter, if you use all butter they will be very crispy and thin.
