That's actually pretty sweet that a guy as young as that feels for you and only you but the fact still stands that you are 16. Go back out with him, he obviously loves you just make sure you tell him that you guyz have to take it slow. There is no need to rush, both of yall have your whole life ahead to plan this.

there was a reason you two broke up.. and your have at least ten years or more before you need to think of marriage, enjoy life , go to college , make a way for yourself so you wont have to depend on another
