i have a mixed puppy, lab and pitt..its real nice, cute i would love to keeo the dog i live in a appt and he can't stay there..i need help trying to sell him for 150 i got him for 200 please help

Good luck getting that. Like I say constantly as long as there are people the dish out the cash for a mixed mutt of unknown original trash will continue to breed trash to sell to people like you.
I would give up the idea of getting your money back and contact a rescue to help you rehome him.
FYI Lab/ pits die constantly in the shelters.

As others have stated, try giving it away, but by word of mouth only. This way when you do find a home for it there will always be someone you know that can find out how the dog is doing.
Hey Coach, I paid $175 for my mixed breed dog!
(I got him from a rescue organization though so I was glad to donate.) If he sells it for less then the local shelter would, he might be able to find a good home. I wouldn't recommend selling that puppy though.
Besides, people who use dogs for negative reasons will pay that much if there's Pit...
One more thing...if you end up out the $200 you paid for it, well you can't blame anyone but yourself. (Unless of course there are extenuating circumstances that put you in the apartment after getting the pup.) You should be more concerned with finding a good home then refilling your wallet.

Don't sell it, just be worried about placing it in a good home. Ask a small adoption fee to cover a series of shots and spay/neuter so that it doesn't create more puppies that end up the same way.

OMG so you do not care where the hell the dog ends up just as long as you get your money back???? Return it to whoever you got it from or find it a nice home but do not trust these 'places'. They will probably use him in a puppy mill.

You're crazy. If there was a market for unwanted puppies and dogs, don't you think the shelters would be empty? Face your responsibilities like you should have done to begin with, and find the poor thing a good home.

Good luck. You might call around to pet stores to see if anyone will buy him. Or you can try advertising him in the newspaper, on petfinders.com, in local pet stores, and anywhere else that handles pets.
