The way to determine which drinks will mix well in a cocktail is to treat them like ingredients for a meal:

Aftershock Red is flavoured with carraway and cinnamon. If you were making a cake with a lot of cinnamon you wouldn't use lemons, so you can be fairly sure that Aftershock and lemonade won't work. However, try this one I created for a bar in Coventry:

Bad-Apple Pie

50ml Aftershock Red
25ml White Curacao
25ml Gomme Syrup
Shake with ice
Top up with apple juice and serve over ice in a hiball

(tastes just like a rich apple pie)

Aftershock will mix with apple juice on its own, but only in small amounts, the flavour is so strong that it masks the apples and just tastes sharp and sickly. The curacao softens it nicely.

Another mix to try is with Champagne or sparkling wine. I call this an "After-Party." It sounds absurd but it works (and looks great).

As for the Blue Aftershock, this is flavoured with menthol, so try it with some kahlua and coke for a mint-choc-chip style flavour.

Have fun!

MORE AFTERSHOCK!! the taste will soon go and you will feel all fuzzy, luvved up and light headed :-)
If red aftershock, I s'pose you could tip into tumbler glass and not a shot glass and mix with lemonade - if too bad water down with a load of ice

Put it in the freezer and serve extremely cold after two hours to cut the taste.

You might make an aftershock martini but it doesn't really mix with anything.

Get the other colours of aftershock to and make "shocktails". A shot of each one in a pint glass over ice topped up with lemonade. quite sweet but rather yummy.
