It appears u mean sciatica. This usually occurs when a ruptured or a slipped disc in yr lumbar spine presses on the nerve root that supplies yr lower limbs. Problems can be pain, which can be very severe, shooting pain going all the way down the back of the leg; numbness or tingling; weakness of the leg; urinary problems.
A neurosurgeon would be the best person to see. He or she would probably order an MRI scan to diagnose the problem and then decide the treatment depending on the clinical picture and the MRI.
All the best.

Are you referring to sciatica? if this is the case, you may well be feeling pain shoot down one or both legs. This means that you most likely have a bulging or ruptured disk in your lower back, which is putting pressure on your sciatic nerve. You may be able to calm it down if you take some anti-inflammatory, (Motrin) and be careful not to irritate your back further, no lifting, twisting ect. An exercises that can help relieve the pressure that you can try is to lay on the floor, face down, them push up as far as you can with your hands, arching your back, hold for 5 seconds, and do 5 reps. You should do this every hour if possible. If it does not calm down, then you may need to start physical therapy to strengthen your back and abdomen muscles. They can also give you some treatments to help relieve the pain. You can also have a blocker injected, but be careful, as they can be deceptive and you can cause more injury. If all else fails, surgery is an option, to remove the part of the disk that has ruptured. Best of luck

I think you mean sciatica. Try an orthopedic surgeon or neurologist.
