The only thing that mentions sex after the death of a spouse is when Lot's wife turns into a pillar of salt. Lot and his daughters flee to the mountains where he has sex with them and they bear his children. No joke. Read it. In plain print.

Imagine...a nice, family book like the bible.

Sex or having any kind of sexual relationship is meant for within the walls of the spouse you're married to. So if her husbands dies, she is now a widow, and if she marries again which is perfectly fine and biblical, she should not have sex again until she has is married again with her new husband. If she does have sex before she is married again, that is called fornication.

She needs to be married- all people need to be married in order to have sex- that is God's will. I know we all fall short of that- but it is not ok in God's eyes to have sex outside of marriage- it is a Holy matrimony, that God designed for a man and woman in marriage.

Ephesians 5:31
"For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh."

-one flesh means to be together physically-

If she's planning on moving on after sleeping with him, then it's unlikely to be 'allowed'.

But if she thinks he's the one for her, why not get married.

Jesus says God's intention was for lifelong bliss, but that the hardness of men's hearts means that this was unlikely ... so a second marriage is next best.

She needs to get married again.

The husband is dead, she is not bound to the marriage anymore. But she should get married first cause if not it will be fornication.

Sex is reserved for the marriage bed only. It is a constant rejoicing/renewal of a marriage covenant.

Sex outside of marriage is forbidden, at all times, under all circumstances.
