When viewing Van Gogh's Orchard with Blossoming Apricot Trees, what color temperature and intensity is seen. I had thought that the color temperature was cool but then thought dark and as far as intensity, I am unsure there as well. Anyone have any thoughts on the color temperature and intensity in this painting???

Hey Nursebubb...,

I looked at it on the computer, colors are probably not what they would be in real life. The Sky seems intense, and the forground less. Blue is a cool color, but the Barn roof Red is HOT. The painting makes me want to walk over to the Barn (maybe it is a cottage, not a barn).
