It is a scam, I'm sure. Do not give any of your info to anyone. If I had not entered a contest, I would immediately delete that e-mail. Most contest winners are not notified via e-mail. One more tip, anything that sounds too good to be true, usually is!

IT IS JUST A SCAM. THEY ARE PHISHING FOR BANKING ACCOUNT NUMBERS SO THEY CAN DRAIN THEM. THEY WILL BE ASKING YOU FOR YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER SO THEY CAN TRANSFER THE $800,000.00 INTO IT, BUT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AS THEY HAVE DRAINED ALL FUNDS FROM IT INSTEAD.
DID YOU ENTER A LOTTERY? DID YOU ENTER A CONTEST? THEY HOW COULD YOU WIN? THINK ABOUT IT.

What you got was a scam. The best thing is to mark it as spam and delete it.
Remember, if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.
