Do you eat fish? If not, take fish oil capsules. They are supposed to be good for circulation and the brain and supply you with essential omega 3 fatty acids.

There was a study conducted in the U.K a few years ago that depending on your diet a vitamin and mineral tablet can increase your concentration level and I.Q

If you have a good well balanced diet it won't make much difference but if you have a unhealthy or unbalanced diet it can improve your concentration and I.Q levels.

So i recommend that you take a vitamin and mineral tablet once a day.

I had the same problem and it taking them has vastly improved my concentration.

More than vitamins, what you need is doing mind exercises, for example, take a look of a picture for 10 seconds and then try to remember as many details as posssible.
