He died and was raised three days later, and now sits at the right hand of the Father so undead sounds right.

Wikipedia didn't really add anything to the definition of undead.
Let's see:
1. Died. Was definitely dead. Body has ceased its capacity to support mortal life in all functions, (bacteria and microorganisms not withstanding). Had all the signs of death. Beyond any current medical procedures to restore function to body. Nerve death has occurred. ....check .
2. Condition 1 established. The dead body in question resumed some locomotion (i.e. walking, movement of hands, speech). These motions happen without direct assistance from another observable source (no one picking up the hand and waving it, no marionette strings, no foreign life form, no robotic implants) ...check.
3. Condition 1 and 2 established. The deceased physical body has resumed a semblance of its current life functions without any discernible external influence, indicating possible supernatural forces are involved. ...check.
Yes, Jesus would meet those conditions.
Would you like a stake?

Divine Resurrection usually involves the complete healing of the revivee's body, thus Jesus would still be alive and well in perfectly normal conditions.
Undeath is caused by summoning of a corpse without the healing of tissues, usually for complete control over the subject; like little retarded bunnies.

Undead are a mockery of life fueled by dark powers. Jesus, post resurrection, was more of a font of pure good energy housed in a human shell. He wasn't undead, he was beyond death itself.

Absolutely not...in my opinion.
Jesus is not undead because he is alive.
I think that he has been included in this definition for the sake of argument, for an example.
Jesus is not undead.
No.

I suppose in the strict definition of the term it could be used to describe him. I prefer to think of him as alive and uncontainable.
