Parents, let's say that your oldest son had come from an abusive background. Would you still be willing to adopt him, why or why not? (Note: Lets say he HAD been your son but you didnt know about the background)

Going thru it now and I would adopt him no matter what his back ground is...he is a wonderful little boy who we are going to get to adopt hopefully early next year!

I would consider adoption only if there was no possibility that he would harm another child. If there are other children in the home they have to be your major concern. Also counseling for the boy AND the family could clarify the situation. Look for counselors that specialize in adoptions.

i would never give up my son, eldest or youngest for adoption, ever! so a mistake like this would never happen.



but in this case yes, and you should try to undo the damage you did by giving the kid up.

Not completely understanding this question...but if he's my son...Yes..cause I love him and that's unconditional!!
