Take her out to dinner, buy her some roses ( or her favorite flower) and give her a gift card to her favorite store. Go shopping with her, that way she gets what she wants but you still participated :-)

May be you should try by doing her present yourself, a drawing or perhaps a letter about your real feelings about her and how your life has changed for good since you know her or something like that.GOOD LUCK FROM MEXICO
