does one explain with reason him creating Satan, letting Satan in the garden of Eden, destroying the earth once probably killing million of innocents, getting ready to destroy it once again this time probably billion of innocents if he had done everything perfectly and does not make mistakes why doe he need to keep destroying stuff and starting all over again.

Guess, you could say because of free will. Everyone, has the choice to do good or bad. Satan, was the most revered angel, but he felt he was better suited for the job, thus he fell. Guess, he wasn't so better after all.

He didn't make those choices, Adam and Eve did. Satan made the world evil along with humans decisions and people can decide to be evil or not, God doesn't make people it.
