well, rent a movie that both would enjoy, that is $3.49 in hollywood video, order his favorite pizza for $9.99. before the night is over with, (after finding a bargain wine in a store, sometimes they have a bottle for $3.99 that was originally cost a bundle) finish it off with a chilled bottle of wine for a lovely evening...

$2 can get you fake rose petals to spread over the bed, add like $3 for some candles, put on some romantic music (that should be free, hope you got some or any love song), dim the lights (free). and the rest of the money you can buy a sweet card ($2)(make sure that you write a little poem in it) and buy what you need to cook dinner. then after dinner, turn on the television, find a good movie (comedy is good) and then just sit in each others arms. the total cost should be about $18. have fun

Will you know get a movie part, but try to cook at home, that seems fun. Just have a good time, let who ever you dating know and see what they come up. It will let you in on how they spend money.

I would buy two candles that smell really yummy and make really good dinner to what his fav or her fave! then maybe use the extra for something after dinner like renting a movie or buying desert like ice cream or something?
