A rabbi is the equivalent of a catholic priest or anglican vicar, however in history there were such things as Jewish "priests" who worked at the Temple in Jerusalem. They were all descendents of the same man and shared the surname Cohen.

Cohens are the priests. Rabbis are simply teachers, though they may be very wise and insightful.

Technically, it wouldn't be a priest, but a rabbi (in modern times anyway).
