i have recently started and office job and have realised over the past few days a numbness/ pins and needles feeling in my little finger. Also i have a pain in my elbow when i bend it in certain directions. Is it a trapped nerve from being sat at a desk for 12 hours? thanks

your whats called "pinching a nerve" dont worry i get the same thing you just need to relax it and sometimesd work it out by moving in that direction and it will feel better your just not used to sitting that way or typing that way and your body reactes. change position once in a while it will help.

If you only recently started the job it's probably not that is it? You may have a trapped nerve at the base of your neck. Go to the doctor, have a massage, improve your posture.

Yeah, when i first started an office job i used to get a similar thing. You need to make sure you take regular breaks from your desk, ensure your screens are at eye level and use wrist supports on your keyboard and mouse mat. Mine stopped as soon as I changed the mousemat!!

Good luck!!
