My friend Erica thinks that I should have a crush on guys who are black or hispanic. I'm into guys like that, but I can't find ones that are hot!!!! She thinks that NASCAR drivers are ugly country boys!! SHE EVEN CALLED DALE JR UGLY!!! I think she's kinda right about me liking black and hispanic guys, but her calling NASCAR drivers ugly country boys made me mad!!! What should I do? What should I tell her?

What kind of friend is that?! I don't call that a friend at all. First of all, she's trying to tell you what guys you SHOULD be into? That is insane! I wouldn't put up with that if I were you. You should be able to like anybody you want to like, in spite of what your friend Erica thinks. That is stupid of her. You should tell her that you don't care what SHE thinks...it's all about what YOU think. And also, she shouldn't be telling you what race the guys you like should be. What a mean person. Tell her how you feel about what she said and tell her you can like any country NASCAR driver you want. If she's got a prob with that...well...she might just not be that good a buddy.
Besides, I think lots of NASCAR dudes are adorable (hehe). Just remember that lots of girls like those drivers...you can join us if you want...don't let your friend stop you.

Seriously, though, Dale, Jr. ain't the cutest thing on the track. I've seen better. But hit her for me for saying that NASCAR drivers are "ugly country boys." I love country boys!

So...can you explain to me how this is an emergency? That's her opinion and she's entitled to it. If you think that Dale Jr looks good then that's your opinion and your entitled to have your opinion. You cannot force someone to like someone!!
As for that close minded comment about Nascar drivers being "ugly country boys" then you need to show her that not all of the Nascar drivers are from the south. Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Kevin Harvick are from California; Martin Truex Jr is from New Jersey; Clint Bowyer and Carl Edwards are from Missouri; Tony Stewart is from Indiana; Kasey Kahne is from Washington and the list just goes on and on!

I guess you can't force her to think Dale Jr, is not good looking because he is, and what is wrong with country boys there is a lot of good looking guys out here in the country!!!! I guess you can't change her mind, maybe its her that is having the problem finding someone because she thinks even the good looking guys are ugly!

First of all mud shark, loose the black and brown trash. Get it right with a white guy. It shows that you dig white guys more because you got upset about your friends comment about NASCAR drivers. We all know it is 99.9999999% white boys out there anyway. Even if they are redneck, toothless, inbred country boys. Better than a black or brown piece of sh_t any day.

Well, we don't have to worry about YOU liking or dating NASCAR drivers ! Like an anus, everyone has one and also their own opinion. Leave it at that. As for assuming all NASCAR drivers are country boys : A KINDLY American Drill Sergeant once instructed me on the fallacies of assumptions. I only wish that he could have a little chat with her.

Thinking that they are "country boys" is incorrect and only feeds the discrimination towards them. Most are from states outside of the south.
