No not at all, its good that a woman is independent and can do things by herself, but that doesnt mean she wants to be alone all the while. I myself can be independent as i've been single for so long but that didnt put off my girlfriend from asking me out, i find that although i am independent i do love my time with her so much and given the choice id rather do things together. It wouldnt put me off if she said she was independent.

If he WAS put off, would you still want to go out with him? I mean, if you are an independent woman, why go out with a looser that can't accept that?

I wish I had someone independent, my g.friend is 25 and always had her washing, ironing done, and is incredibly messy. I think she thinks the world owes her a cleaner.
