how do you feel about the issue you are being faced with today of Gay Rabbis?

A rabbi is supposed to be a righteous person. Therefore he should not be practicing an immoral lifestyle. The Orthodox will never accept such a thing.

The Reform have had lesbian rabbis for sometime now. But liberalism keeps progressing and now the Conservatives have let go of yet another part of Torah. They will eventually become like the Reform in other aspects of their practice. Those Conservatives who are concerned will move back to Orthodoxy.

One of the rabbis at my temple at home is gay. I was a reform Jew, and they support this kind of equality while I know more orthodox congregations don't even let men and women sit together. I'm all for it. The guy is lots of fun, is very approachable, and knows his stuff. Granted I don't necessarily like his public speaking manner, but I seriously doubt this is related to who he likes.

I guess in short, I don't consider it an issue.

Its not an issue for me. Its only an issue for Jews in the Conservative movement.

Reform Jews will accept anything that makes them feel good and Orthodox Jews will only accept what is within Jewish law as such any form of Homosexuality is not permitted.

Its the Conservative movement that tries to foolishly mix them together. The result will be that they will not exist for too much longer.
