If you mean London, UK, to Birmingham, UK, then I am sorry to tell you there are no commercial flights between the two! By the time you reached your cruising altitude it would probably be time to start the descent.
Theoretically though I would estimate flying time to be around 30mins, plus time to taxi between the gate & the runway.
I suppose there may be private aircraft which might make the journey, I have no idea.

Under an hour. Depending on where you're going, though, you may prefer to get the train - it might be slightly dearer but you go from downtown to downtown while the airports are some way outside the centres.
That said, all of the London airports and Birmingham airport have very good rail links.
My family is from north of Birmingham and I live in London and I would never fly - always car or train or even coach.
Good luck!

A chartered Boeing 747 flying football fans from Heathrow to Cardiff for the FA Cup a year or two ago, took off, achieved cruising altitude and immediately went into landing routines. Total flight time was 26 minutes! Birmingham would be even quicker, I would have thought.

Actual flying time is about 20 - 30 minutes but if there is a flight, it'll probably be scheduled for something like an hour. Not sure whether there is a flight because when you think about, it's probably just as quick to get to Euston and spend 1.5 hours on a train to Birmingham.

I assume you mean Birmingham UK and not Alabama.
It takes about 40-50 minutes, depending on the weather.
