short short answer no. It would be great. it would mean she had grown up and was capable of fending for herself and not relying on me as the traditional provdier role to provide food, and shelter and all the trappings of modern life. We could work as a team in building our lifes the way we wanted, doing the things we want to do together or seperatly knowing the other would be fine even if not perfect without the other.

Just my opinion, as a single 33yr old guy in somerset England.

Independent could mean many things from likes to buy her own round down the pub to does not want to date at the moment I just want to be independent, it depends on what context you used the wording.

I would like a independent women, as they normally have there own social lives, so do not expect you to be at her beck and call all the time.
