Not likely. You'd need to be disassembled at one end, your atoms dispersed and then "recreated" at the other end from spare atoms as an exact copy. Despite the technological questions involved (such as the complexity of the machine and the safety of the procedure), I think that the real interesting philosophical issue is, would you still be the same person?
