Coming from a guy, those answers seem like he wants to get in your pants, play around a bit, but you're the "the one" he would want in an actual commited relationship. Wait for the guy who is head over heels for you. You'll know it when it happens.

I always say turn the problem around and put yourself in someone else's shoes. Your friend fancies someone, they come round and make out. He tells your friend he doesn't want a relationship or to be commited. What would you say to your friend??? It's hard to stomach but I think he is being honest. You deserve a lot more. Don't give him anything more of yourself until he is ready to make a relationship work with you.

Ok...wow flashbacks....we won't even talk about how this guy is your manager. I'm sorry hun becuase i know what its like to get a slap in the face like this but he is only in it for the booty. If you want to be sure just tell him that your not doing anything with him anymore unless he committs to you. that should get you your answer. If he starts to say your being unreasonable or starts to convince you to change your mind on the plan then sweetie he is only using you for the convience. If a guy is serious about going somewhere with you then he'll get serious about what will make you happy. If he keeps blowing you off or avioding answering you (the whole idk game) then he isn't really concerned about what will make you happy and he knows you won't like the truthful answer. His only concern is how much free booty he's going to get. You deserve alot better than this slimeball. If your scared he might fire you for breaking it off with him than you should start looking for another job becuase he's not worth your time or your labor.

You are wasting your time. He is probably scared of being accused of abusing his position of authority as your manager, which could be the case. You only made out, what do you expect, him to marry you??? Work relationships rarely work out, and you cannot force someone to commit to you, so just deal with it, and don't become too attached before its too late any you become more heartbroken!

yes... you are just wasting your time. There is nothing wrong with the 5 years thing, but there is something wrong when he doesn't want to commit.
It's time for you to back off and see how he reacts.
peace, love
